Navratri festival was celebrated with great pomp on 3rd October 2022 at RVS International School, Banda Sagar Road, Fatehpur. The program started with a special Assembly in which all the nine forms of Maa Durga and their characteristics were told by the school children, while highlighting the festival of Vijayadashami, a meaningful message of victory of good over evil was given. After the Assembly, many colorful programs were presented by the children in the auditorium of the school, in which the tableaux of all forms of Maa Durga, Dandiya and Garba dance and short drama etc. were staged. Kanha, a student of U.K.G, gave a positive message to everyone through his short speech. The Principal of the school, Mrs. Sunita Srivastava, told all the children present in the auditorium about the Indian culture and described the characteristics of all the nine forms of Maa Durga, and also threw light on Vijayadashami, which is to be celebrated on Wednesday. She asked the children to take inspiration from the character of Shri Ram, she said that whatever meaningful message Shri Ram gave to the society in his human incarnation is exemplary.
All the teachers, staff and parents including Academic Coordinator Mrs. Seema Bajpai and Senior Coordinator Mr. Aatm Prakash Tripathi were present on this occasion.
