Admission procedure 2024-2025

Step 1: Admission  Form Availability for Session 2024-2025

i)  School website www.rvsis.com
       ii)  School Office. (Monday to Saturday from 8:45 am to 01:30 pm)
Std 2 : Admission form submission: (TIME – 8:45 am to 01:30 pm on working day at School Office).
       It is mandatory for all the interested students to submit the online Admission Form or a hard copy in the school office.                                        Timing 8:45 am to 01:30 pm (Monday to Saturday).

Std 3  :Admission Criteria ::

1.Nursery  – Direct admission.
2. LKG to Std I- Admission on the basis of the previous school’s  report card.
3.  Std II to  IX – Admission test clearance.
4.  Std XI – Provisional Admission based on following criterias :-

  1. Students of RVSIS – shall be admitted on the selection list criteria basis after the Pre-Boards. The list shall be shared on the notice board as well as online on the website.
    Once the ICSE results are out, a student will be eligible to change the stream on the basis of marks secured in the desired subjects. (Sole discretion of school Principal)
  2. Students of other schools – Those who have already taken the admission test will be admitted on the basis of their results. Those who have not taken the Admission test should apply online through school website www.rvsis.com or can take the form from the school office.

Step 4: Acceptance of admission:

Parents may attach the report card with online admission form or hard copy. On approval, the school office will intimate the Admission procedure to successful candidates.

Step 5: Payment of fees:

Once the above steps are satisfactorily completed, parents will receive an admission offer and may pay the applicable fees online to confirm admission.

The age limits being as follows:

Nursery: Between 3 to 3½ yrs. as on 31st March 2024

L.K.G.: Between 3½  to   4½ yrs. as on 31st March 2024

U.KG: Between 4½  to 5½ yrs. as on 31st March 2024

  1. Xerox Copy of Birth Certificate issued by Notified Area Committee
  2. Two Current passport size photographs of the student
  3. Submit 1st term Report Card along with the Admission Form.(For UKG to Std IX)

ADMISSION DOCUMENTS

All forms must be completed by the parents and student(s).

  • 2 passport size photographs of the candidate.
  • Xerox copy of Birth Certificate.
  • Xerox copy of latest report card (For UKG onwards).
  • Migration/Transfer Certificate (For Std. I onwards) at the time of Admission.

 

FEE RULES FOR ICICI BANK

Fee Rules 

  • All three receipts  on each Sheet should be filled carefully by the Parents with clearly stating the Students name, Reg. no, Roll no, fee amount, Fine if any, Transportation and Hostel charges (if applicable).
  • Guardians will receive SMS from ICICI Bank in their mobile number registered with RVS International School, each time fee is due for payment. This SMS will contain transaction ID and a link. Through that link, fee payment can be done online using their existing Debit / Credit Card, NEFT or UPI.
  • Guardians will also have the option to make fee payment in cash or by depositing cheque from their exisiting banker by visiting
    any of the branches of ICICI Bank in Jamshedpur. For this, the guardians are requested to carry the transaction ID received
    through SMS.
  • For each child please fill separate deposit slips and in case payment is being done by cheque then please give separate cheque
    for each child.
  • Cheque deposit can be made at the ICICI Bank but if the cheque gets bounced Rs. 200/- penalty charges for dishonor of cheque will be borne by the parents.
  • Fee will be accepted by the Bank without fine between 1st to 30th April, 1st to 20th July, 1st to 20th October and 1st to 20thJanuary.
  • 100/- will be charged by the Bank between 1stMay to 20th May, 21st July to 20th August, 21st October to 20th November and 21st January to 20th February.
  • If the parent fails to pay quarterly fee by 20th May, 20th August, 20th November & 20th February of the particular quarter, he/she will be penalized an amount of Rs. 500/- as late fee.
  • The student’s name will be struck off the rolls if he/she does not pay the fee by the month of the particular quarter and will be penalized an amount of Rs. 1000/- to re-instate the name on the rolls
  • Fourth quarter fee must be cleared on or before 20th December positively for Std X & XII and fee for other classes on or before 20th January
  • Names of the various branches of ICICI Bank and their timing.
  • T Road, Bombay Lodge, Kheldar, Fatehpur.Timing Mon – Fri – 9.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m
  • Opposite KotwaliKhaga, G.T Road Khaga, Fatehpur . Saturday – 9.00 a.m to 2.00 p.m

  • Online Fee Payment can be done any day you wish (Even on Sunday & Holidays) through School Website: www.rvsis.com /
     Through ERP software my class Board (MCB).
  • School dues are payable quarterly i.e in the month of APRIL, JULY, OCTOBER & JANUARY by 20th of the first month of
      the quarter.
  • Late Fee Rs.100/- will be charged after 1stMay, 20th  July, 20th October, 20th January.
  • If the parents fail to pay quarterly fee by 20th May, 20th August, 20th November, 20th February of   the particular quarter
     he/she will be penalized   an amount of Rs.500/- as the late fee.
  • The Student’s name will be struck off the roll if she / he does not pay the fee by the end of the month of the particular
     quarter and will be penalized an amount of Rs. 1000/- to re – instate the name on the rolls.
  • . Fourth Quarter Fee must be cleared on or before 20th December Positively for  Std X & Std XII and  fee for other  classes should
    be paid  on  or 20th January of the current  session.
  • The school fees will be charged from April to March, (12 months) that is for the entire session, even if the child is taking
     late admission in the session.
